Support during Lockdown – UK

Covid-19 continues to affect the lives of us all. However, we know that lockdowns make modern slavery easier to mask.

With less access to formal and informal support, the likelihood of identifying victims is greatly reduced. It is easier for traffickers to hide their operations, making victims increasingly invisible. On top of this, many may find themselves isolating with their abusers.

Despite less freedom of movement, it’s important to know that help remains available.

If you are concerned about the safety of either yourself or someone you know, know that there is support available.
